Naia Stuyck and Seyma Wilschefski are the co-founders and established NSW Partners in Dubai in 2019.
We figured out early the value of being a turn-key service provider in the region. Beyond the 20 years of experience and knowledge in design, development, construction and strategic management; we have always been at the leading edge of the industry for some iconic and prestigious projects varying from residential, commercial to hospitality. Our collective industry experience equipped us with a unique advantage and led our expertise to extend far beyond our local respective markets.

Naia Stuyck
Naia was raised in Madrid where she studied Interior Architecture in the Polytechnic University of Madrid and lived in the UK for five years prior arriving in Dubai in 2007.
Naia Stuyck is a Spanish hospitality design professional based in Dubai with a vast experience in luxury hotels, resorts and residential design worldwide as well as residential property development.
She has a long track of hospitality experience working for Hyatt International as a Design Director and head of hospitality Design at Majid Al Futtaim Properties in Dubai. Naia has also taken Client Representative roles in some of the most prestigious residential projects and successfully delivered high-end ultra-luxury developments. Her key qualities of prioritizing unique, stylish yet value for money design solutions has been widely recognized by some of the leading investors in the region.
Defined narratives and well-balanced environments define her extensive body of work with a clear taste for natural materials, like stone, wood, linen and metals. Naia creates space that work perfectly in both form and function delivering projects from inception through completion.
Seyma Wilschefski
Seyma was born in Turkey and completed her bachelor degree in Landscape Architecture in Ege University/ Turkey and Post-Graduate Diploma in Construction Management in RGU University/ Scotland. She also completed a certificate programme in Real Estate Finance in MIT/USA.
Seyma has more than 20 years of industry experience and worked with major developers in the UAE including Al Futtaim Real Estate, Enshaa Services Group and Majid Al Futtaim Properties. She has taken key roles in the delivery of some of the most remarkable mixed-used development projects including commercial, residential and hospitality. Festival City Shopping Mall, Palazzo Versace ultra-luxury Condominiums and Hotel, D1 80 storey luxury high-rise Tower and Aloft Hotel City Center Deira are some of her master projects completed.
Her experience in property development from inception through completion including feasibility studies, finance, design and construction enable her to successfully analyze the project objectives and structure the most practical yet feasible solutions for the delivery.
She believes in creating harmony and collaboration across the project teams and ensures a result driven and resourceful approach is envisaged by all teams at every phase of the projects.
